For the past 20-years I have worked as a visual practitioner and facilitator to foster reflective conversation, integrated learning, and collective change.

I pair visuals and visual frameworks with deep listening and a systems-thinking approach to facilitate insight and transformation in academic and organizational contexts. My work ranges from helping students and faculty utilize visuals to elucidate complex ideas to helping teams clarify their shared purpose and plan.

I have enjoyed working with organizations ranging from international foundations to local nonprofits, to academic institutions and global companies. I have had the privilege of teaming with top organizations working in the space of creative, collaborative facilitation and have partnered with them in the development of thought leadership in the field.

My perspective has also been shaped by my studies at Brown University in Art Semiotics and Modern Culture and Media; by my training at Boston University in group dynamics and clinical social work; by my work as founder and designer of Seguin Tree Dwellings in Maine, and by my role as a founding faculty member and Creative Director at Seguinland Institute.
