For the past 20-years I have worked as a visual practitioner and facilitator to foster reflective conversation, integrated learning, and collective change.
I pair visuals and visual frameworks with deep listening and a systems-thinking approach to facilitate insight and transformation in academic and organizational contexts. My work ranges from helping students and faculty utilize visuals to elucidate complex ideas to helping teams clarify their shared purpose and plan.
